Our olive groves on the Island of Hvar are surrounded by the sea, and that exquisite location gives oil of exceptional quality. We process olives in our own mill at the “Božić” oil refinery, which is equipped with the best technology.

Manual harvesting of semi-ripe fruits, cold processing within 6 hours, storage of oil in stainless steel barrels without the presence of air are the prerequisites for the high quality of our oils.
