Tavern Maslina

A small family tavern is located 4km from Jelsa in the northern part of small village Vrisnik. Located on the slopes of a hill, Vrisnik is named after heather (vrijes), an aromatic plant that grows on our island.

The tavern is surrounded by a picturesque olive grove and enchanting, beautiful view of the surrounding towns and the neighbouring island of Brač, Makarska Riviera and Biokovo, which is simply breath taking.
The outdoor terrace has a capacity of 40 seats where you can enjoy the breeze which will make you forget about the summer heat and rush.

The tavern prepares various meat and fish dishes in the traditional way.
It is very important for us to present you our famous dish Škarocete. This dish is made according to an old family recipe, and it consists of beef rolls in homemade prosecco. This sweet drink served with an ice cube refreshes even the hottest of the days.

Our family Bojanić is engaged in long-term production of olive processing, so in the tavern you have the opportunity to taste our homemade oil, olives and delicious olive paste that you certainly have not had the opportunity to try anywhere else!
