Olive Oil Days on the Island of Hvar 2024.

The Association of Olive Growers St. Špirijun is organizing the Olive Oil Days in 2024. Olive Oil Days bring together olive growers and all enthusiasts of olive oil. The event will take place at Hotel Hvar on February 3, 2024.

As part of the manifestation, the following lectures will be held:

Contemporary Methods of Protection: “Olive Moth and Olive Fly” – Lecture by Tihana Pipinić, B.Sc. in Engineering

“Advantages of Protecting Oil with the Designation of Origin/Geographical Indication” – Lecture by Marin Čagalj, Ph.D.

“Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Simple Steps to Premium Quality” – Lecture by Mirella Žanetić, Ph.D.

The event will feature award ceremonies and the announcement of olive oil champions, olive oil tastings, and a festive dinner accompanied by live music.
