Love Around the World

Davor Rostuhar was born in 1982 in Zagreb, Croatia. He has been freelancing as a writer, journalist, and photographer since 2001, during which time he contributed to various magazines, such as National Geographic Croatia, Meridijani, and Geo. Since 2013, he has been focusing on his own long-term projects within the Club for Expeditionism and Culture, which he co-founded and currently presides over. He is the author of numerous exhibitions, eight books, and two documentary films – ‘Polar Dream’ (2018) and ‘Love Around the World’ (2020).

Anđela Rostuhar was born in 1985 in Zagreb, Croatia where she graduated in Enterpreneurship Economics from VERN’ University. After ten years of working in tourism, in 2015 she joined the Club for Expeditionism and Culture where she currently works in marketing and organizing cultural events. She is the executive producer of a documentary film ‘Polar Dream’ (2018) and the author of a documentary film ‘Love Around the World’ (2020).

Short synopsis:

From deep within the Amazonian forests and remote villages in the Himalayas to the world’s largest metropolises, this stunning documentary shows us 33 different stories about love and marriage, challenges and struggles, highs and lows, creating one big love story that reminds us how love can never be simple, but at the same time how just a few things on Earth are as simple as love.
