The Dolac Apartments

Four family-run apartments rated 4* and 3* 100m from the sea in Ivan Dolac, on the south side of Hvar Island. The Carić family has been welcoming guests to their apartments for many years.

The apartments are modernly furnished, and have sea views. Ivan Dolac is a small holiday destination with a wealth of fantastic beaches. In winter the village is almost uninhabited. In spring it comes alive with the arrival of the first local people and guests, turning into a veritable welcoming paradise. There are two restaurants and three cafés at a distance of about 150m from our apartments, while the local shop is just 30m away.

Apartment Penthouse  5+1
4-star category. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, and terrace with sea view. Amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning, dishwasher and private parking. Guests also have the use of a barbecue and washing machine.

Apartment A1 5+1
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, and terrace with sea view. Comes with satellite TV, air conditioning, private parking, and guests have the use of a barbecue and washing machine.

Apartment A3 2+2
Situated on the first floor of the building, spreading over 36m2, this apartment consists of a double bedroom with extra camp bed, bathroom, kitchen and terrace with sea view. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, coffee-maker, barbecue and parking.

Studio apartment A2 2 
On the ground floor, with an area of 25m2, the studio apartment consists of a bedroom with kitchen, bathroom with shoer cabin, and a terrace with a dining table and sea view. Also: air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, barbecue and parking.
