The Gabelić Ranch

The ‘Gabelić Ranch’ is a small family firm (Obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo / OPG in Croatian), situated not far from Vrboska. Surrounded by glorious olive trees and lavender bushes, it is a wonderful natural environment with a pleasing, relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful, leisurely, delicious meal.

Here the visitor is treated to authentic Dalmatian food cooked according to unique family recipes. There are various fish, meat and vegetarian specialities on offer, with the traditional ‘peka’ (meat or fish slow-cooked ‘under the bell or dome’) at the forefront.

Besides meals, this family firm also sells local products, including goat’s cheese, various vegetables, eggs, wines, rakijas (local brandies), olive oil and oregano.
