Hotel Skalinada

SKALINADA is a family owned hotel-restaurant, opened in 1990, in the small and quiet village of Zavala on the south side of Hvar island, far from the crowds and noise of mass tourism.

The Restaurant at the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and rich daily offerings of fresh fish, shellfish, vegetables and fruit, excellent wines from local vineyards and a daily varied choice of Dalmatian and international specialities.

SKALINADA is situated 20 meters from the sea, surrounded by old pine forests, olive groves and a vineyard whose grapes produce the exquisite white wine called Zavala.

SKALINADA is a place for a quiet and relaxing vacation, but if you prefer, it can also be an excellent base for active and attractive holidays full of adventure and exploration.

You can enjoy your holidays lying on the beach, but you can also go exploring the island by renting a kayak, speed boat or you can go on organized trips to the islands of Šćedro, Korčula, Vis and others. Everything can be arranged at the hotel reception.
