Pansion Marjan

Our charming retreat is located at the beach on the southern side of the Island of Hvar, in Zavala, across from the islet of Šćedro with a view over Korčula, surrounded by pebble beaches, olive gardens and vineyards.

This part of the island is not like the city of Hvar, which offers crazy night-life. There is only peace and quiet here. It offers satisfaction for the mind and the soul, relaxation that you need for the long winter days to come. With specialties from Hvar and a glass of good local wine, everything else won’t matter.

Hvar offers a richness of nature which the locals turn into traditional home-made delicacies.

At our cellar in Pitve, we manufacture 3 wine varieties, the white wines Bogdanjuša and Mukat, and the red Plavac Mali, as well as various other products based on traditional recipes: liqueurs made from loquat, travarica (blend of herbs), sour cherry, walnuts, and lemon. We make jams from oranges, sour cherries, lemon, sage salt, oregano, arancine, chamomile tea, sage, and mint.
Our leisure activities, which include cycling, walking, hiking, diving, fishing, windsurfing, are always a good idea after trying all these delicacies.

The Pansion Marjan offers 3 newly-furnished, comfortable suites and 5 rooms, furnished with additional accessories. All rooms have a balcony with a view over the sea, Wi-Fi, toilet and shower, king-size bed and a camp bed. The service is either full board or half-board.
