WARNING: Killing more pollinators! Jelsa and surrounding areas including Sveta Nedjelja will be sprayed with insect-killing poisons on Tuesday 25th August from 22:30 to 04:00 on Wednesday 26th August 2026. The poisons used are dangerous to animals, especially cats, also to humans.
STAY OFF THE STREETS, CLOSE WINDOWS AND SHUTTERS, KEEP PETS INDOORS IF POSSIBLE. BEEKEEPERS SHOULD CLOSE THEIR HIVES

WARNING: Stari Grad and surrounding areas will be sprayed with insect-killing poisons on Wednesday 26th August 2026 from 23:00 to 04:00 (Wednesday night to Thursday morning)
HVAR TOWN 27/08/2026.
WARNING: Killing more pollinators! Hvar Town and surrounding areas will be sprayed with insect-killing poisons on 27th August 2026 from 01:00 – 04:00, (apparently simultaneously with insect spraying around Stari Grad!) .
